Our third Roomate is moving out February 20th. Room would be available as soon as Feb 21 or March 1st. Room is $800, not the whole place. Me and my roommate are looking for a third person to join our home!
We are both in our mid 20s and work full time. Both recently moved from out of state. One from Colorado, one from Indiana. We want someone who is laid back, friendly, tidy and positive to be around! We both have professional jobs and have our stuff together. We love getting out and about, and are always happy to have another person join us! Wether its walking, biking, or just putzing around. We like watching movies and kicking back with a drink! We like cooking at home as well. We have some board games we like diving into if the time is right. Also in our house is a 9 year old pup named moose. Shes a ridgeback sharpie and she always looks like she's sad and depressed but I promise that's just her face. Being funny is a plus, but we really just would like someone who would be a nice addition and not a huge weirdo. We are ok with any gender or sex, although would prefer someone in their 20s to early 30s. Steve and me have grown up with sisters and brothers so knowing how to communicate well is big for us! We wouldn't necessarily rule anyone out by age but It is definitely preferred. If you think you're cool and friendly, feel free to reach out to us! Were looking for March first but move in can be as soon as Feb 21st. Finding a good roommate is a priority though and were not rushing to fill it if we don't find the right person. Give us a shout if you think youre a good fit. We are open to month to month, or signing a lease. We are the homeowners so it is not through a leasing company or filling someones spot.
